Cream of Tartar referred to as COT, INCI: Potassium Bitratate. A slightly off white powder used in bath bombs to support citric acid and providing a more softer feel to the bath water. Also a popular ingredient in bubble bars it helps to harden the bars. Whist Cream of Tartar doesn't fizz, it can offer a bubble effect on the surface of the water. 

Cream Of Tartar is a bi product of wine making and is often used in baking. It is also used in many bath bomb recipes as well as corn flour.
